Prior to co-founding LinkSource Communications in 2001 and DirectRFP in 2007, Loftus held various positions of increasing responsibility, including vice president of Partner Programs at Cable & Wireless, in addition to being a member of Qwest Communication Advisory Board.

With more than 14 years experience in the technology industry, Seppala is responsible for managing LinkSource's technology, development and architecture decisions. Before joining LinkSource in 2009, Seppala founded and managed several successful full-service IT firms. He also held a senior level IT position at the Naval Research Lab Federal Credit Union. Seppala holds the following IT certifications: CIW, Server +, Inet +, Security + and Network +.
