The DirectRFP online-system can make it easier and more efficient for my team to deploy, manage and view real-time the progress of any on-going RFP. Our normal RFP process can take months but with DirectRFP we could simply pull information and documentation from the file manger, electronically invite which suppliers we want to participate, launch the RFP and guidelines and simply respond to supplier questions directly through DirectRFP Communication Module. This would streamline the RFP process and give us real time updates since DirectRFP has 100% audit trail easily accessible to us. I could have the ability manage my users and participants with DirectRFP’s administration feature by assigning roles and granting responsibilities. We could potentially save time and resources by utilizing the DirectRFP on-line system. I would recommend DirectRFP to any organization having to run multiple RFP’s.
